Area Service Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Area Support Manager to join Grosvenor Services as part of our talented Operations team. This is an exciting, fast-paced role  overseeing service delivery while supporting our on-site team. Some key elements of the role are outlined below:   Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:            Driving Customer Satisfaction Limerick            Ensuring there are effective operating systems in place            Managing our exceptional on-site team, ensuring they have all the tools they need to do the job     Main Duties:            Visiting client sites on an agreed scheduled basis.            Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating models are in accordance with cleaning standards            Following up on any client concerns            Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation            Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials            Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying Training & development needs.            Completing on-site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHH   Person Profile            Experience of working in a customer-facing role            Soft Services / Technical skills            Leadership skills            Confident communication skills            Solutions focused.            Attention to detail.            Highly organised individual Benefits: Competitive Salary Company Van & Fuel Card Health Scheme   Grosvenor Services is an equal opportunity employer
