Ireland Regional Lead is a seasoned HR business partner with regional experience and deep business acumen, providing strategic insights and advice to our leaders in Ireland to drive HR programs and talent initiatives on a local level while always ensuring alignment with Analog Devices’ global objectives.This role collaborates with regional/country business leaders to translate and align business imperatives to talent strategies and plans while focusing on providing localized workforce solutions in alignment with global direction. This role serves as an advocate and champion for HR programs as well as organizational values and culture. The Ireland Regional Leader partners with CoEs and Global HR Business Partners and represents regional business insights, regulations, and cultural needs on the design and development of HR programs, tools and processes.Key Individual ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with regional/country business leaders to determine current and projected workforce needs to inform and drive HR solutionsReceive, translate, and apply global people strategies to local application, partnering with regional/country business leaders and other Geographic HRBPs to assure successful executionProactively leverage quantitative data and qualitative conversations, questions, and feedback to sense issues, opportunities, and shifts in employee sentiment and engagement. Provide “voice” for the region and its managers and employees to inform talent plans and decisionsProvide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, corrective action, etc.) to regional/country leadersBroker and facilitate local HR service delivery with other HR functions to ensure operational excellence and management of people risksAdvise and coach managers to drive workforce performance and provide primary HR support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organization effectiveness and change management for teamsPilot localized HR solutions to assure speed and agility while assuring long-term global alignment and scalabilityUtilize workforce data and apply analytical skills to formulate people insights and recommendations. Analyze and interpret various types of regional/country employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, attrition, etc.) to help guide decision making and provide proactive HR solutionsCoach and develop leaders and managers to deliver people management capabilitiesKey Shared Responsibilities Anticipate future talent needs by partnering with other HR Business Partners and business leaders to attract the best talent worldwide, developing their potential to enable successful career journeys and drive growth and outperformanceProactively communicate with Global HRBPs on a regular cadence to understand global business plans and objectives as they apply to workforce and talent initiatives, Provide input and perspective to Global HRBPs from a regional/country lens where culture, employment regulations, language, or other localized factors may potentially impact the design and/or execution of global plansSupport evolution of the overall people strategy by representing the needs of various markets and balancing the need for localized initiatives versus enterprise standard practices for greater scalability and consistencyParticipate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development. Bring best practices to the design and implementation of workforce and talent initiatives that align with the CoE and key business objectivesJob Skills & QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related FieldMinimum 10 years’ experience in human resourcesStrong decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple projects at onceExceptional verbal and written communications abilities with conflict resolution experiencePrevious experience in a unionized environment would be an advantage. Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: Yes, 10% of the timeShift Type: 1st Shift/Days
