Protection and Resilience Coordinator

The Protection and Resilience Coordinator (PRC) role manages Protection and Resilience Customer Demand and coordinates this demand within the Allianz Technology organisation. Key Responsibilities: Act as single point of contact for customer resilience requirements Ensure that customers’ expectations are aligned with Service Managers/Owners If needed, steer update of contracts and SLAs of customer specific services Consolidate IT DR plan requests with the IT Service Owners and coordinate OE needs with the Entity Resilience Officers Identify customer specific IT DR test needs Ensure that IT DR tests for customer specific services are executed and test reports documented Liaise with other Central Security Departments on overarching topics. Key Requirements: Experience in IT Service Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery or other relevant discipline Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Collaboration and influencing skills, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to effectively manage risks, implement controls and address incidents Confidence to interact and present to senior management Basic risk management capabilities and an understanding of operational and enterprise risk Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, organized and results-focused Basic knowledge and understanding of relevant local and international regulatory environment and standards such as: DORA, ISO Standards, ITIL, COBIT etc. Robust knowledge and experience in project management.
