As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding business in the region. You will promote our client's range of products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams. Your responsibilities will include setting up and installing homecare devices, managing patient installations and follow-ups, providing training and support to patients and clinicians, and organising clinical training workshops. You will have daily interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, allowing you to make a real difference in people's lives while contributing to the success of the organisation. To be a successful candidate, you should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a hospital and/or homecare environment. You should also possess exceptional managerial, communication, and record-keeping skills, along with the ability to present, train, mentor, and influence a diverse range of customers. Experience in a commercial setting and strong business relationship-building skills are desirable. Attention to detail, computer literacy, and a full driving licence are also required.
