Your Role: Lead the team to drive operational excellence  Supervise work, check completion and deliver to expectations set by store manager Manage stockrooms and back of house areas Tightly control stock loss across the store Use business communication tools for completion of tasks and ensure your team understand all key functions Understand all process and procedures and set the example for others Demonstrate good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns and merchandising principles Maintain store environment and housekeeping standards Understand company policy and rules regarding security measures and demonstrate compliance and controls Understand how to maximise sales opportunities and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with customer and business requirements Understand product features and benefits, ensuring knowledge is kept up to date in line with new products Understand KPI targets and expectations to achieve results Demonstrate commercial awareness and adopt right product, place and time compliance Engage with and feedback issues to contribute to the wider business Support with identifying development needs within the team Support senior management to coach the team Demonstrate strong, positive communication to all levels, motivating the team and building good working relationships within store Qualifications Your Profile: Responsible and trust worthy Experience of working with high volumes of product and stock Ability to drive sales through excellent service Ability to motivate a team with effective communication Compliant with the ability to police procedures and policies through your people Passion for retail, people and developing a career Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver Promote the Frasers values and our culture to internal and external parties Additional Information Salary:38,000 The Rewards: Monthly & Quarterly Commercial Bonuses Company pension scheme 10% group discount for Health Insurance policy Join the Fearless1000 Incentive Scheme watch THIS  video to find out more We offer a wide range of Development Courses with National Qualifications Group Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands Holiday pay 40% Uniform discount
