Harness Salesforce to streamline and update client data. Strategize and escalate our Social Media outreach and engagement. Forecast and capitalize on local and national market dynamics. Facilitate site engagements with premium clients. Harness PR opportunities across digital and conventional platforms. Ideate and implement strategies to elevate our service offerings. Translate guest feedback into actionable service and procedural enhancements. Spearhead conference booking processes to optimize revenue and guest contentment. Ensure consistent, transparent communication between the sales team and clientele. Be the face of Sheraton Athlone Hotel at industry-specific events, fostering our presence as a hospitality trailblazer. Key Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate is one who is deeply results-driven, with an impressive track record of high call volumes and successful conversions. A proactive mindset, keen drive, and unwavering focus on details are imperative. Fluency in English is a must, both spoken and written. Team experience is essential, and prior tenure in a Senior Sales Executive or similar leadership role will give you an edge.
