An established midland-based general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a new €15 million housing project in Co. Offaly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new build residential projects from start to finish and will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities: Work with the senior management team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Supervise and motivate project team members to ensure project goals are met.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the client. Requirements: Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or have extensive Project Management experience on new build residential projects.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on housing projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyGood IT skills. Procore or similar software experience would be an advantage.
