Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contractor Specialist to join our close-knit team. As the main point of contact between our clients and our contractors, you will play a crucial role in matching skilled professionals with exciting opportunities.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy for building relationships, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between clients and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements. Utilize various channels, including social media and professional networks, to source potential contractors. Craft engaging recruiting messages to attract top contractors to our agency. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand client requirements and position specifications. Identify qualified contractors through effective sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social platform searches. Build and maintain contractor pipelines for future hiring needs, proactively sourcing contractors for upcoming roles. Solicit referrals from current contractors and external networks to expand our contractor pool. Maintain contractor databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy. Communicate regularly with past contractors to keep them informed about new job opportunities. Engage in business development activities to find new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with contractors. Previous experience in a contractor sourcing or recruitment role preferred. Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and social platform searches. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
