Accounts Receivable Location: Dublin Type: Permanent Category: Finance Salary: €32,000 - €36,000 My client, a leading international organisation in the Financial Services industry, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their Finance Department. Based in South Co. Dublin, the purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and Financial Controller day-to-day. Location: Dublin 18 Salary: €32,000-€36,000 Onsite/Hybrid What does the role entail? Managing all client inquiries promptly via email and phone daily Resolving and accelerating resolution of customer inquiries to facilitate payment Coordinating with relevant departments regarding collection activities Processing and allocating daily receipts to the sales ledger Timely clearance of unallocated cash Managing outgoing invoices and statements Creating new accounts in the finance system Reporting unresolved issues to the line manager within established parameters Undertaking reasonable role-related duties as required by the line manager Setting up of SEPA mandate details Supporting the AR Supervisor in tasks within the debtor app Supervising the debtor portal and assisting clients with it. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Minimum education: Leaving Certificate standard (including English & Maths) At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Finance Department Experience in the Motor industry is preferred but not mandatory Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills Experience with accounting software is desirable Self-motivated individual capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
