Driving License: You must have a full, valid EU Driving LicenseAcademic Requirements: University degree (any) – Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business or Engineering degree desirable.Language Requirements: You must be a native speaker of the country you are applying for and have excellent fluency in English.IT Skills: You must have excellent skills in MS Office including Excel.Experience: you have 3-5years of very successful sales experience in highly customer focused companyKey Activities & Accountabilities Driving growth in the territory through active and constant customer engagementCustomer selection, targeted sales approachPlan and execute on a quarterly an annual business plan. Strong management of existing revenue streams and customers as well as driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.Efficient control of all resources and materials in his/her territory (demo kit)Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationEnsuring products are sold and revenue gains are established within the limits of in-house guidelines,Achieving the sales and financial targets for the territoryManaging contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM’s and PM’s to ensure this is within the desired company bands.Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners and managers where required.In-theatre knowledge and support where requiredCompleting quotes / reporting as and when requiredSupport in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labsWhat we offer?
