The opportunity This opportunity is within our expanding Finance team and will support the provision of advisory services focused on Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically ERP enablement, migration to Oracle Fusion Applications, and quality assurance of any ongoing implementation. This role will specialise in Oracle Fusion Financials and associated modules. We are looking for a senior manager with a strong delivery track record in Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) who can leverage technology-based solutions to deliver optimal business outcomes for our clients. Your key responsibilities Working in our Finance Transformation practice, you will: As a senior manager specialise in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with specific expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and work closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses. You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a strong Oracle Fusion EPM implementation background. Working experience on Oracle Fusion Financials will be essential. Work as part of a client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Contribute to Finance Transformation practice development specifically in the areas of operations, thought leadership, marketing activities and training Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in Consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge. To qualify for the role you must have At least 10+ years of relevant experience including previous consulting experience. Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a finance/accounting, business, computer science or project related area. MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA and/or PMP/Prince2 qualification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of five large Oracle EPM implementations Knowledge of implementing other Oracle Fusion Applications, such as Financials, SCM and Projects Cloud Ability to configure, test and identify best practice for an Oracle Fusion EPM implementation, with experience in migrating from Oracle EBS Ideally, you’ll also have Oracle Certifications in Cloud Applications Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM What we look for A highly skilled technical Oracle Fusion EPM resource who will support our clients through the entire lifecycle of an Oracle Fusion implementation delivering technology-enabled transformation.
