As a Custom Reporting Associate in our Process Control function you will be responsible for delivering quality assured weekly and monthly custom reports and flat files to strict deadlines. Data integrity is of paramount importance. This will also involve identifying, investigating and resolving data and quality issues. You will work as part of a wider team responsible for achieving individual and team targets and deadlines.] Job Responsibilities The primary responsibly of the Custom Reporting associate is to produce, execute and deliver custom reports within strict time frames. The custom reports are produced using various software including advanced MicroStrategy, Databricks and proprietary Circana technologies. The Custom Reporting associate is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of client deliverables. Strong focus on achieving set deliverables which includes, immediate incident reporting and the appropriate communication of data issues – seeing them to a successful conclusionVerify the effectiveness of data quality checks to safeguard the integrity of our data and successfully achieve all client deliverables.Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.Provisioning and maintaining client access to Circana’s report depository location (Client Center). Liaise with key stakeholders by means of meetings, MS teams calls, or any other communication method required.On occasion this role may require you to work evenings and over the bank holidays to facilitate the smooth running of data processing. This is to ensure data is delivered and quality approved for our client servicing teams in a timely manner. Requirements A relevant third level qualification or sufficient relevant work experience which demonstrates your knowledge level, your team player skills and flexibility. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of some data intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI is desirable.Strong communication skills are a must, to comprehend and articulate issues, to negotiate with other business units and to effectively co-ordinate the team effortsNaturally rigorous and organised, you possess solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
