Materials Program Representative

Job Functions & Responsibilities:As a Materials Program Representative (MPR), you'll play a pivotal role in managing material programs and related processes to ensure operational excellence. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll administer tasks such as internal order management, stock control, RFQ handling, and metric analysis to support program success. Key Tasks:Serve as the primary contact for material programs and associated processes.Manage internal orders and monitor stock levels for program maintenance.Coordinate purchasing activities and handle RFQs for ILS and Partsbase.Maintain accurate stock records and contribute to forecasting efforts.Assist in monthly metric reviews and support program improvement initiatives.Provide project support to Managers as required. Person Specification:We're looking for individuals who can understand customer needs and proactively meet program requirements. The ideal candidate will possess:High motivation, confidence, and eagerness to learn and take responsibility.Flexibility in adapting to evolving program demands.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus.Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
