What you will do As Quality Assurance Director you will be a key contributor responsible for performing quality management practices to satisfy software acceptance criteria and/or test requirements using industry leading tools and techniques. You will be based in our Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis and be working to support an iterative Agile team. You will identify and drive innovative testing and test automation approaches that turn ideas and concepts into reality. Duties include: Identifying test scenarios andponents, while planning and executing tests with a focus on test automation. This requires expertise with a variety of test automation methodologies, practices and procedures with a dedication to high-quality, and efficiency for maximum velocity. Participates in the development of a consistent testing methodology and environment. Provides training to other team members. What you can expect Collaborates as a member of an Agile/Product Development team to define and implement testing and test automation strategies and techniques Develops, maintains and extends automated tests and test automation frameworks Determines and manages required test data Works collaboratively to optimize test coverage Partners with DevOps teams to onboard automated tests - to stay consistent with an infrastructure established to support continuous testing Supports team member knowledge-sharing and skills transfer, to increase team productivity What you will bring BS degree inputer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Strong programming/scripting experience and passion for testing 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer Experience as an Agile member Experience with test automation design, development practices, frameworks, and related tools that support unit, integration, functional and non-functional test automation Knowledge of and hands on experience with Selenium using Java Knowledge and hands on experience in Java with IDEs Eclipse, IntelliJ Ability to work with Agile methodologies in a fast pace environment required Experience testing dynamic web pages (HTML5), relational database technology and XML Must have experience with test automation framework such as Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured Demonstrates a craving for continuous self-improvement, through understanding of new technology innovation and its application A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on thepany's success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player with great time-management, interpersonal andmunication skills Travel to PGIM sites up to 10% What will set you apart: Experience with different development and testing techniques ( Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development) Knowledge of and hands-on experience with cloud technology, DevOps and Jenkins Experience testing REST services Experience with testing applications built on Adobe tools such as AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics *We know not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit for this role.
