Experts in Semiconductor, Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing recruitment.Provide you with full preparation and details on the role you are applying for.One point of contact – throughout your interview process.Immediate interviews for suitably qualified candidates.Responsibilities:· Be involved with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment.· Proactively take ownership of technical issues.· Complete required job documentation, safety training and procedures for processing parts.· Professionally represent our client to the customer, using your “customer first” mindset.· Satisfy the company’s and customer’s on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.Requirements:· Qualification from disciplines including Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical / Electronic Engineering /Science / Aircraft Systems or a Trade Apprenticeship.· At least 1 years + of work experience in customer/field support/maintenance role.· An ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.· Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details.· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).· A mechanical aptitude and knowledge in the following: pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum and thermodynamics.· Knowledge of hand tools and proper usage, including a digital multimeter.What to expect:· You will be on rotation and in shifts (days and nights) so that customers have ongoing support 24/7.· You will be asked to travel for training (in some cases for up to 3 months) or to customer sites across the globe.· Your job requires the ability to work in a clean room environment wearing coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses and gloves.BenefitsOur client cares about the wellbeing of their people, and strive to support in ways that extend beyond the work environment. REQUIRED Have you the ability to work 24/7 shifts ( both day and night shifts) annually with no restrictions? REQUIRED Have you got any restrictions or reasons as to why you cannot travel to Asia or USA or a similar location for a period of three months for training purposes with no ability to come back to Ireland during this time? REQUIRED Are you comfortable working within a cleanroom environment for the duration of your 12 hour shifts?
