Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Athlone. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, particularly in an industrial kitchen setting. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management and scheduling. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution. Requirements: Previous experience working in an industrial kitchen is essential. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Garda vetting is required.
