Graduate AccountantAre you a recent 3rd level graduate who is looking to focus their career down the accounts & finance route? Our client, a large & high profile international manufacturing company headquartered in Co. Tipperary, are now looking to expand their finance group & have engaged with us in CPL to hire a Graduate Accountant to join the team.This permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & driven candidate to further develop their career in accounting, so if you're interested, please apply!The Job: As the Graduate Accountant, you will work with experienced & qualified colleagues on all aspects of accounting within a large corporate/manufacturing plant setting. This will include duties such as handling AP/AR processing & supporting month end close, analysing cost & stock/inventory, budget reporting & forecasting, preparing financial KPI reports for management teams, resolving financial data discrepancies & supporting the Financial Controller & senior colleagues with their duties & projects.Your Skills/Experience that we need:3rd level degree qualified ideally in accounting, business studies or a related field.Some relevant experience gained in an accounts role, or a suitable co-op/placement period would be an advantage but is not essential.Excellent IT & data reporting skills/ability particularly in MS Excel.Strong analytical, organisational & communications skills. The Offer:This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary negotiable depending on skills, relevant experience to date & candidate qualification. As the role is expected to progress through in time to a qualified accountant role, excellent training supports will be provided to the successful candidate including salary increases, comprehensive study leave, payment support for exam/professional fees & other assistances.This role will be fully office based so candidates ideally will be based in Co.
