Your newpany You will work for a global, innovativepany that has offices in Europe, UK, America and Asia. They require a Manager Accounting to join their team for a period of 12 months, with a possible extension / bing permanent. This role is based in their Donegal office and you will be a part of a well established team of accounting professionals.Your new role As Manager Accounting your duties will include: Manage the preparation of legal entity financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP.Provide operational and technical accounting expertise to ensurepliance with GAAP,pany policies and legislation. Account for equity transactions in accordance with technical accounting guidance and legal documentation.Preparation of business valuations, impairment reviews and board of director's pack.Ensure accurate and timely adoption of new accounting standards. Maintain an internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting. Manage and support audit,pliance and regulatory reporting requirements. Proactively analyse financial data to identify and address potential accounting issues on an ongoing basis, ensuringpliance with US GAAP and IFRS.Solveplex accounting problems and develop innovative solutions using lean operations to increase productivity with the use of automation and technology. What you'll need to succeed Fully Qualified Accountant (CAI, ACCA)Extensive post-qualification experience (4+ years) within aplex organisational environmentWorking knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSExpert level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and other financial reporting toolsExcellent written and verbalmunication skills.Experience successfully managing multiple requests, assessing priorities and meeting deliverables under tight deadlines.Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritise extensive detailed data.What you'll get in return You will work for a leading global organisation on a 12-month contract.
