Responsibilities Have a recognized qualification as an Occupational Therapist with CORU registration Have at least one year post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist in adult mental health services working alongside a multidisciplinary team Experience in developing and running therapeutic services and programmes including occupation-based and psycho-educational groups Experience working with individuals with complex mental health presentations  Knowledge of the Judgement Support Framework and experience supporting compliance with the same Knowledge of individual care planning and experience contributing to individual risk assessment Have a desire to support the ongoing development of the occupational therapy team with a willingness to engage in service development and quality improvement initiatives Have excellent communication and team-working skills Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a self-directed manner in a dynamic fast-paced environment Requirements Qualification in Occupational Therapy CORU Registration 1-2 Years of experience in similar posts.
