We have a new opening for Shift Maintenance Technicians – this is a permanent opportunity with an attractive benefits package. You will be joining a Global Medical Device organisation in the Midlands.​Job ResponsibilitiesRepairing and Troubleshooting Electro/Mechanical Equipment Failures.Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance procedures.Work proactively to ensure performance targets are met.Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Documentation Practices are followed.Support Engineering projects and lead actions assigned to the maintenance group.RequirementsMinimum 2 Years Experience in a Similar Technical role within the Medical Device or similar industry with an established track record.Candidates with a Level 7 or Level 8 of Engineering Disciplines in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Craft Level 6 in Electrial or Mechanical fields.Mechanical Experience within an automated manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, and pneumatic and hydraulic components.Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsDemonstrate a high level of technical ability.Good Verbal and written Communication skills.Strong Teamwork abilities.If you would like more information on this role you can contact Paul Dunican
