Introduction Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms, global banks as well as all of their corporate clients.   Candidate Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and creative Vice President of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess: Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Product Curiosity: A passion for collaborating with product teams to understand the competitive landscape and leverage network effects for accelerated market conversion. People Leadership: Proven experience in building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals. Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing all final work produced by the marketing team. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech, funds, banking, and auditing industries is advantageous. Role and Responsibilities Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and sales targets Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Develop targeted marketing strategies and messaging to effectively position our solutions to each segment. Developing and implementing of Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing programs to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. Creating innovative marketing campaigns to position Circit as a leader in the industry. Collaborating with design teams to produce visually compelling content. Creating sales collateral and content for target users to drive customer acquisition. Developing a deep understanding of products and value propositions to drive revenue opportunities. Facilitating brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for brand and growth marketing. Owning the Circit brand and ensuring consistency across all communications. Collaborating with product SMEs to align marketing efforts with market requirements. Tracking and communicating market trends internally to support knowledge building. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns. Requirements You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required. Minimum 8 years’ experience in a busy marketing department. Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tactics. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a SaaS B2B business is preferred. Ability to maintain quality standards across digital platforms.
