Job Description: The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects,ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications. Conduct site surveys, setting out, and leveling tasks to ensure accurate construction. Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control procedures on site. Prepare and maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, material requisitions, and progress records. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 3 years experience as a Site Engineer in the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Proficiency in using construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Total Station, and project management software. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
