Our Facilitiesteam are looking for the right teammate to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site in Athenry. As aFacilities Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support, troubleshooting, & subject matter expertisefor the site. Where you come in: You will assistin the design review, site acceptance and installation of equipment You will support QA Validation by preparation of design documents andassists in protocol execution You will take a leading role in the development of asset management program/strategy. You will implement corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes You will interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams and specifications in planning and performing maintenance and repairs You will supervise mechanical and electrical contractors You will maintaina clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures, policies, and regulations You will conduct troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment issues and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions You will support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives. You will provide support to manufacturing and maintenance where required. You will provide on-call support as required. You will take responsibility operational and monitoring of central support utilities including Water/ HVAC/ Compressed Air / Special Gases/ Refrigeration Systems / BMS/EMS/Chilled Water/Humidifiers/DI Water You will maintaincompany reputation by enforcing compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations . What makes you successful: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience You have proven experience of cGMP clean/grey utilities, & HVAC equipment, piping, ducting and/or controls You have knowledge and experience of ISO: ISO, ISO, ISO You have exposure to facilities equipment best-practice maintenance including CMMS and RCM. You have experience in Continuous Improvement and lean techniques. You have excellent communication /organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of theorganisation from project teams to site leadership team.
