The Oncology Key Account Manager will be a core member of the commercial team with responsibility for the promotion of a breast cancer launch brand across specified Accounts in line with the Brand Strategy Roles & Responsibilities: Drive the promotion of a launch brand through the provision of information and education to designated stakeholders involved in the treatment of breast cancer Effectively communicate product characteristics across a range of stakeholders with the goal of achieving defined targets Develop strong relationships with HCPs on the basis of trust and added value in the form of personal expertise and the ability to facilitate HCP’s to achieve their patient care objectives Identify and understand the priorities and challenges of all stakeholders within accounts Proactively identify emerging account needs and leverage these to facilitate co-created solutions with HCPs Accountable for the development of Account plans to maximise sales and growth opportunities in line with the brand strategy. Professional Experience & Education Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or Nursing Oncology Experience strongly desired (Breast Cancer/Product launch an advantage) Demonstrated ability to differentiate and sell in a highly scientific and dynamic area Demonstrated customer orientation and natural relationship-building capability Proven track record in sales with continued demonstrated strong performance and achievement of sales targets Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team In-depth understanding of Key Account Management Experience in co-creation with customers in project ideation and implementation Experience in digital communication and multichannel customer approach Hands-on timely and structured approach with accountability Flexible team member with positive proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to influence and persuade bo
