What you'll doCoordinate and manage matters in relation to property management and construction management Assist the Construction Manager in managing the tendering and construction of new developments including contract administration, appointment management as well as cost and budget management activities relating to construction and capital projects.Assist on matters pertaining to rent reviews, lease breaks and lease terminationsManage service charge payments and commercial rates paymentsAssist the Acquisitions Manager with reports and presentations relating to site acquisitionAssist in managing the application and renewal processes of Wine / Beer / Spirit Off LicencesAssist on planning permission and building regulation mattersAssist with the registration of property title and the land registration processMonitoring project budgets Processing of purchase orders and invoices Manage and maintain the property filing systems What you'll needMotivated, organised self-starter with positive and proactive 'can do' attitudeA keen eye for accuracy and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and understand new systemsAbility to work efficiently and methodically to effectively manage and administer very large workloads to hit deadlinesApproachable with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA third level qualification is desirableWhat you'll receiveThrough our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl€35,500 rising to €48,000 after 4 years20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 yearsPrivate employee medical insuranceCompany pension after one year of serviceFlexible start and finish timesInitial training and ongoing development from an experienced team memberExcellent opportunities for career progressionDynamic work environmentModern office facility with free parkingOn-site gym and canteenUp to 2 days remote working per weekMobile and broadband discounts with Three networkLidl is an equal opportunities employer.
