Our Claims Processing, Provider Data Operations and Corporate Functions are among the best in the Healthcare Sector.Summary of roleAssist in the detailed specification outline (user stories) for the product features so they are clearly understood by the agile development teamsPrimary duties may include but are not limited to:•Provide analysis to enable feature refinement for product-release plans for delivery of new functionalities•Manage the intake process for new requirements •Process mapping •Stakeholder management and prioritisation of requirements•Close collaboration with Product Owner to ensure priority alignment within planning iterations•Conduct activity-based analysis of the system processes and present findings•Build partnerships with stakeholders & collaborate to analyse needs•Develop requirements artifacts, system process flows and associated diagrams and ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements•Analyse business needs through joint refinement sessions, meetings and presentations•Prepare and maintain documentation including technical requirements•Understands technical solution design and can communicate solution details to both business and technical peers•Write detailed user stories and bring them to the team•Identify process boundaries and develop opportunities to automate processes and functionsRequirements:•Minimum of 1 years’ experience in private or public sector, information technology or healthcare industry.•Requires a BS degree or international equivalent in a relevant area of study.•Clear Communicator (verbal and written communication skills).•Strong troubleshooting analytical skills •Motivated in learning current/new technologies •Well organized and customer focused•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.•Strong understanding Software defined lifecycle SDLC and background in agile or lean practices.#LI-EL1
