Grade: Director Contract type: PermanentWe are currently seeking to hire a director to join our growing People & Change team within our Management Consulting practice. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, but with a more flexible contract option also available. The role is ideally based in Dublin but with our all-island remit, there will be flexibility on location.A snapshot of your peer group: At least 15 years' experience leading and delivering consulting projects, ideally within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations Experience of practice management and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring. Understanding and practical experience across a broad range of people advisory service offerings (, Change, Organisation Design, Op Model, Workforce Planning) would be an advantage.
