Job Description About our client Our client are leading manufacturers of high-quality air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for clean air and health safety. With a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Head of Production Operations to lead their production team to the next level. Role Overview: As the Head of Production Operations, you will oversee and optimize all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing of all products. You’ll manage a skilled team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet operational targets and customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to optimize workflow. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain product standards for air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks. Collaborate with management, sales, and procurement teams to introduce new products and innovations. Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and report on operational progress to management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in production management, preferably in HVAC, filtration, or medical device manufacturing. Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
