Cpl HR recruitment have a new position open for a Head of Reward, leading the rewards strategy along with the compensation, benefits and pension programmes on a permanent basis. The position is based in Dublin city, working on a hybrid working model. Roles and responsibilities will include: Shape and lead the reward strategy Be an expert and a leader in the rewards space Attract and retain employees and new talent through attractive and competitive packages Design and deliver new rewards initiatives Identify trends and provide market insights to key stakeholders Work with third party suppliers Lead on other ad hoc projects Experience and skills required: Progressive experience in a senior rewards/benefits role Degree and CIPD qualification Experience in Irish employment law is essential Strong influencing skills and with an analytical mind set is key to the position If you are interested in finding out more about this role and have the relevant experience, get in touch today to find out more.
