Our Client is based in Mayo and they are looking for a Management Accountant on a 12 month FTC, with the potential to convert to perm. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will oversee the activities of the Finance Team. Key responsibilities: To assist with monthly management accounts specifically nominal Journals, P&L by Revenue Centre, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial Controls, Cashflow Statements and Revenue Returns. Cashflow Management including retail lodgements and facflow daily reconciliations. To Manage foreign currency and to buy forward contracts. Assist in financial analysis, financial reporting responsibilities including monthly management reports and KPI reports and present to management. To ensure supplier payments and queries are managed effectively. Provide support as required to the accounts administrator. Assist with monthly managements accounts, specifically nominal journals, profit and loss by revenue centre, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Financial controls, cashflow statements and revenue returns. Cashflow management including retail lodgements and facflow daily reconciliations. To manage the monthly balance sheet reconciliation. Experience: Part Qualified/Qualified Accountant 2 + years experience in a similar role, managing accounts receivable. Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential. Hybrid working pattern eligibility, salary/benefits are negotiable DOE and contract type is temporary with a strong view to permanency.
