Utilities Engineer - Dublin - 12 Month Contract One of the top 10 best companies to work in Ireland is looking for more engineers for their large-scale new facility north of Dublin. Is this you? Responsibilities:Report to the Critical Utilities Manager and the site Electrical SMETechnical Trouble shooting on Electrical Systems, LSS Systems & Electrical / Control elements of Utility systemsSupport the resolution of issues or system escalations from the Utility operations teamUnderstanding of Utility control systems such as building automation and other process automation systems.Developing equipment reliability measurement & systemsDeveloping performance monitoring systems & methodologies for the Utility SystemsEngaging with equipment vendors in trouble shooting & performance improvementsDeveloping Vendor SLAsLeading investigations on Utilities equipment & SystemsTraining operations on Utility systemsDevelopment of PMs in line with planners and Area owners/SMEsRequirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in utility systems in a regulated manufacturing environmentMinimum of an Electrical Trade qualification with further development in their career history and /or a level 8 degree for the Electrical Utility position.Experience in Hardwired control systems and safety circuitry.Experience in Life Safety & Security systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Emergency Lighting etc.)Experience in reading functional design specifications, control drawings, electrical drawings, and P&ID’s.Experience in Reliability engineeringExperience of Project Management or Reliability Program Development would be an advantageExperience of Maintenance management and Reliability programs.If this role is of interest, please apply now!
