In this role, you'll be at the heart of our client’s guest service operations, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive. You'll oversee the front reception area, maintain high standards of service, and collaborate with various departments to exceed guest expectations. Additionally, you'll contribute to employee training and development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the hotel. Are you the right person for the job? Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in computer systems - preferably Hotsoft Willingness to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds Prepared to carry out various tasks including lifting and walking Weekend and shift work are required for this position and onsite working only Handling of cash and balancing of cash registers at the end of each shift  What will your role look like?
