This role presents a multifaceted opportunity, primarily focused on Food & Beverage and Guest Relations. You'll have the chance to interface with various aspects of hotel management to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Undertake managerial tasks in accordance with established standards. Lead management shifts, overseeing all relevant activities. Ensure seamless operations across all departments. Manage and coordinate functions and conferences hosted at the hotel. Interface effectively with guests and the management team to resolve complaints swiftly. Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times. Assist in staff training as required. Contribute to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises. Administer emergency and safety procedures, such as fire drills.
