Operating non-stop, our regional distribution center requires staff to cover both day and night shifts. Your work schedule will involve 5 days out of 7, which includes weekends and bank holidays. Whether you're part of the Goods In, Selections, or Transport team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you'll oversee employees in your area of the distribution center. What You'll Do Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives in Goods In, Selections, or Transport departments to ensure stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to the highest standards. Cultivate a performance-driven and motivating work environment for all employees. Engage in operational activities and exhibit strong leadership through personal example. Manage and develop key performance indicators. Utilize various IT systems crucial to logistics processes within our Regional Distribution Centers. Conduct regular quality control checks and adhere to product rotation guidelines. Coordinate on-the-job training for Warehouse Operatives and trainees to foster proactive work habits. Develop and maintain team work schedules and annual leave planning. What You'll Need Strong drive and ambition. Results-oriented management style with a desire for success.
