The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical team leadership, people management or scrum team leadership with a strong passion for technology. This opportunity has extensive growth plans with scope to develop and scale a best-in-class digital transformation project.The RoleLead & manage a Delivery team of software engineers, testers & business analysts (working with technologies such as .Net, MuleSoft, Salesforce, Mainframe & internal legacy application)Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects.Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.Drive the team's adherence to Agile development methodologies.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Mentor and guide the development team, promoting a culture of excellence.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineeringPartner with the product management & Design teams to align on business requirements.What You Offer6+ years of experience in software engineering environment2+ years of experience leading and managing Agile software development projects.Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExcellent leadership, technical project management, and mentorship skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience leading MuleSoft (or similar) Integration teams a distinct advantage.#LI-SF1#LI-Hybrid#HybridWhat We OfferOur size and successful history in Carlow means we can offer you exceptional development and progression, supported by continual learning programs, IT Certifications & third level tuition reimbursement.
