What You’ll Be Doing As a Service Engineer, you'll report to the Head of Service Operations and play a crucial role in our Service Execution team. Your main responsibilities will include: Technical Ownership: Define execution plans and resource needs, align technical scope with customers, coordinate interventions, and ensure comprehensive service reporting. Order Execution: Manage service orders from sales hand-over to final customer acceptance. Maintenance Operations: Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on both SPX Flow and non-SPX Flow equipment. Customer Assistance: Help customers restart installations/equipment after service. Next to these main responsibilities, you will also care for: Risk Management: Handle risks and opportunities, quality control, and procedures. Collaboration: Work with other functions like Installation, Automation, and Engineering for resolutions. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant SPX Flow policies, including business ethics, data Service Excellence: Ensure a top-notch customer experience and positive satisfaction scores. protection, and health & safety. What Do You Need to Be Successful? Skills/Experience: Experience with Siemens PLC/Scada Mechanical & Electrical, Mechatronic or Technical Process related background Food & beverage industry experience Driving license Desirable: Process knowledge of milk and butter environments Soft Skills: Precise and punctual work ethic Analytical skills for problem-solving Good understanding of SPX Flow equipment and processes or the ability to learn.
