Role Description This full-time Junior Solicitor role is based in the HOMS Assist Limerick office. As a Junior Solicitor, the ideal candidate will be responsible for Personal Injury cases predominantly handling a range of legal cases, supporting clients, and representing them in court. Your day-to-day work will involve managing cases, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed. Responsibilities: ● Conducting legal research to support ongoing personal injury cases. ● Assisting senior solicitors in case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. ● Interviewing clients, witnesses, and medical experts to gather relevant information. ● Reviewing medical records and other pertinent documents to assess the merits of potential cases. ● Attending court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as required. ● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. ● Collaborating with internal teams and external experts to strengthen case strategies.
