Ensure that the waste area is maintained in a tidy manner and that all waste is managed correctly. Liaises with:                                                All departments   MAIN DUTIES Work under the direction of the Property Operations & Maintenance Manager in ensuring that all areas outlined above are cleaned and organised at all times. Power Washing and external cleaning to all buildings. Distribution of waste bins to waste compound in maintenance area. Segregation of all waste. Ensuring back yard and associated areas are clean and tidy at all times. Ensuring court yard, car parks and associated areas are clean and tidy at all times. General building maintenance work e.g. carpentry, plumbing, surface maintenance. Areas - (Primarily but not limited to): The back yard & surrounding areas. The front areas of the lodge building, Garden, Norman and Courtyard suites External areas of the Marquee Car park areas.   OTHER DUTIES The above is not intended to be an exhaustive list and you will be expected to comply with any reasonable requests or duties as directed by management.   QUALIFYING CRITERIA A friendly outgoing person. Someone who is organised and has a keen eye for detail. Demonstrates good communication skills. Full Drivers Licence essential. Good use of initiative.
