As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionAssisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projectsAssisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issuesAssisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsTracking and documenting changesPreparing written project communication materialsQualificationsDegree or its equivalent in Construction Management or Related FieldQualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is desirable.Construction consultancy experience strongly preferredA minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably gained within the environment mentioned above.Some understanding of project life cycleKnowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally residential, office, fit-outs and health & educationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRight to work in IrelandAdditional InformationWhat we offer you: Full time, permanentCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefitsPension25 days Annual leaveOpportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
