Our client, an Irish owned property development company based in Limerick City are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.Who we are seeking Experienced Accounts Administrator / experienced Bookkeeper Possess high levels of attention to detailOverview of the responsibilities Maintenance of the Debtors and CreditorsMaintaining the posting of purchase and sales invoicesMaintaining the bank postings and completing bank reconciliationsDealing with supplier queriesAssisting the Financial Controller in preparing monthly / annual accountsAd-hoc admin duties as and when required Experience: Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar roleProperty or construction experience desiredProficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills
