Learn more at .Avery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer.Please let us know if we can support you with reasonable accommodations throughout the application process by contacting our team via .Job DescriptionThe Learning & Organisation Development Lead will design and implement learning initiatives that enable Avery Dennison Medical to evolve and develop; identifying the current and future skill requirements of the organisation, creating learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.Key Responsibilities:Assess both individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs.Develop training content training courses and material for production rolesCreate learning content and assess relevant learning and development options.Manage training budgets and forecast current and future costs. Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements.Coordinate the logistics of training sessions both on and off site.Identify external training partners where appropriateEvaluate and measure the success of learning interventions and report to senior management.QualificationsDegree level or postgraduate qualifications are desirable, particularly in a relevant field including an BSc degree in learning and development.Previous experience of managing learning and development initiatives is essential.3+ years experience designing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of training solutions.Experience designing and delivering training in a regulated manufacturing environment.Strong communication and organisation skills.Adept at influencing others, problem-solving, and offering pragmatic solutions.Good problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.Additional InformationAVERY DENNISON IS EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK:We not only embrace change… we drive it.
