Role We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Tax Compliance Senior Associate/ Manager for a permanent opportunity within our dedicated Corporation Tax Compliance team based in our Cork office (hybrid). Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, including responsibility for client communications, and lead delivery of efficient high-quality tax compliance services to those clients; Planning of tax compliance timetable and liaising closely with clients, audit, advisory teams where appropriate; Liaising with Revenue Commissioners, liaising with directors and partners, as well as other professionals including Audit professionals; Coach and mentor more junior tax professionals. Participation in the delivery of training courses to staff; General administration, including working capital management. Contribute to market and business development activities. We ideally need you to have the following on your CV: An accountancy qualification (ACA or ACCA) and membership of the Irish Taxation Institute; Strong technical knowledge of tax; Experience in providing corporation tax compliance services including assistance with tax provisioning At least four years in a professional tax environment - some of this experience will need to have been in Ireland due to the nature of this job; Excellent team leading, project management and communication skills; Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
