Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions, as well as data warehouses and reference data / master data applications which provide security, price and corporate action data for the cash, post- and pre-trade processes. In a dynamic, customer and technology-oriented environment, you would be engaged in both – our SAP team and our cloud journey towards public cloud vendors, as well as supporting us in our journey towards the cloud and new enterprise services. Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group oversees end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success. Our mission is simple – Make IT Run! As a member of the IT Service Management Unit, you will drive the delivery of major change initiatives and process improvements that are in line with overall project schedules and budget frameworks. You will join a diverse team that challenges itself to provide simple solutions to complex problems, achieving best-quality business outcomes. Your Responsibilities  Contribute technically and/or functionally towards major transformation projects upgrading the underlying technology stack to provide next generation IT Service and Asset Management  Technically lead agile projects with an emphasis on Service and Workflows Management  Analyze and contextualize customer requirements for IT Service and Asset Management processes, identifying areas of improvements that generate technical and/or business value  Design and implement ITSM frameworks and solutions based on best practices  Support during rollout and release phases  Support the maintenance and issue resolution of the productive CRM applications Apply state of the art project methods, tools and contribute to their continuous development Your Profile University degree in computer science or a comparable education  Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the fields of Service, Workflow or IT Asset Management Proven skills developing/changing SAP CRM WebUI components/views, configuring ERMS/rule policies, understanding of IBASE and complex product configurations or technical experience in other ITSM solutions  Skills in SAP CRM custom development/enhancements, one order framework, AET, EEWB, WorkFlow, IDOCs, SOAP/REST WebServices are desirable  Experience in developing/maintaining ODATA services for SAP CRM processes as well as software development in ABAP OO with Eclipse or SAP GUI  Proven skills in HANA DB related development, CDS Views, knowledge in SQL / noSQL are assets  Knowledge in FIORI, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway is an asset  Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows and processes  Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form; German is an asset.  Ideally: experience in working in a regulated environment (Financial / Insurance Industry, Public services)  Why Deutsche Börse Group?
