JOB OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance the primary focus of the Group Supplier Manager will be the development and implementation of the supplier strategy at group level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Development and Implementation of the supplier strategy at Group level: Approved Vendors Lists by Site and by Group Risk Assessments Group Questionnaires & Group Specifications Development & Maintaining of the Group Audit & Traceability file Approval of new suppliers and raw materials Material Vulnerability Assessments including chain of custody files Managing Supplier Relationships & supplier queries. Dealing with customers queries at site and group level. Development and Implementation of Vulnerability Assessment for Raw Materials. Continuous Monitoring of Horizon Scanning and reporting monthly on alerts. Auditing of suppliers and ensuring that all audits are closed out in a satisfactory manner. Completing Gap Analysis at site and Group Level. Participation in relevant factory developments. Participation in internal audits and site audits where required. Monitoring of Suppliers to ensure all documentation is in date. Follow up with any suppliers trending at site NCR level. Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
