Job Summary: The Window Fitter with Plastering Experience will be responsible for the installation and finishing of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to seamlessly integrate window fitting with plastering work to ensure a flawless finish. Key Responsibilities: Measure and prepare spaces for window and door installations. Install windows and doors, ensuring they are level, secure, and properly sealed. Perform plastering work around newly installed windows and doors to ensure a smooth, finished appearance. Repair and replace damaged windows, doors, and associated fittings. Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally. Complete necessary paperwork and reports related to job completions and materials used. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Window Fitter and Plasterer. Strong knowledge of window and door installation techniques. Proficient in plastering and finishing work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites. Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
