The Role: As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be required to support key functions within the business specifically across Operations and Sales. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring optimisation across the range of support services. You will also support business in this expanding market by promoting the company's range of products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams.The successful candidate will have daily interaction with patients and their families/carers, as well as a variety of healthcare professionalsThis role will support client base in the Midlands. We also have opportunities availability in other locationsHours of work: 40 hours per weekContract: 12 month fixed-term contractKey duties:Manage patient contact in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies and proceduresSet up and installation of homecare devices at patient's homes and at hospital locationsManage patient home installations, clinic installations/support, training and compliance activities with patients and cliniciansManage patient follow up to include telephone calls, post install home visits and compliance follow upTo support clinical training & educational workshops in key centres within the regionAttendance at Regional Conferences/Meetings when requiredSupporting the business unit across the region and occasionally in other regions. Conduct check-in calls with patients to ensure service level agreements are adhered toManage compliance activities on patient accountsLiaise with various healthcare providers to ensure patient care is being managed in accordance with GDPRManagement reporting and attendance at daily/weekly team meetingsRequirements:Qualified Nurse/Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in hospital and/or homecare environment (equivalent qualifications considered)A person with exceptional organisational, communication and record keeping skills, with proven ability to present, train, mentor and influence to a variety of customersCommercial experience desirable, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers Proven attention to detail and follow throughComputer literate/practical working IT skillsFull driving licence (manual) In Return:€38-42k salary based on a 40 hour working week (negotiable depending on experience)Company vehicle and laptop/phone providedPension after 6 monthsFully remote roleOpportunity to apply for permanent roles internallyThis may not matter to you when you're looking for a new opportunity, but we just wanted to tell you a little bit about us.
