Due to our expansion we are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.This is a full time,permanent office based role in Mullingar Co Westmeath. The successful candidate will support the finance and administration function within a well established accounts team. Duties/ Responsibilities: As part of the Finance and Administration team deliver timely, accurate & insightful management information to facilitate decision making namely: Support the accounts department work. Data entry & emails Assist with accounts and purchasing Support accounts payable and receivable. Assist with imports and Exports administration General administration support Reception & Telephone duties The Candidate: Previous experience in a accounts department 2 - 5 Years as accounts assistant or accounts administrator A self-starter, enjoys deadlines and a busy office based role, strives for efficiency & accuracy Strong communication skills, IT & people skills The candidate should ideally should have a knowledge of Sage 50,and Microsoft Office
