Job description Salary €40000 plus Commission Overview: Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen and a focus on achieving targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building. Responsibilities: Engage customers daily via various channels to drive sales, ensuring all activities are logged in the CRM. Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Oversee project deliverable by liaising with production teams and suppliers. Foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth. Identify leads, initiate outreach, and manage follow-up activities consistently. Fulfil additional tasks as required by management. Key Attributes: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in addressing challenges. Demonstrated perseverance and dedication to exceeding expectations. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 year's experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Print industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with Quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and data management. Strong educational background and fluency in English. Clean driving license and willingness to learn and grow.
