For more information, go to style="text-decoration: underline;">Principal Responsibilities:• The International Controller will lead the international accounting activities for the two dozen legal entities around the world, including month-end close and reporting, accounting operations, and Intercompany transactions.• The International Controller also ensures relevant and informative financial data is produced for the Global Controller and Chief Financial Officer.• The International Controller will lead the statutory books for all entities and drive the statutory reporting and accounting processes.• Supervise and direct the activities of the accounting department staff.• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for each geographic location and the consolidated BTU entity statements.• Oversee all general accounting and control activities for multiple international subsidiaries, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, and account reconciliations.• Support the operations of the business as a G&A leader in the EuroZone.Qualifications:• 8-10 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment.• Proven leader in international/multi-entity experience.• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.• Ability to convert US GAAP to IFRS.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
