Alongside this, our team work across a range of industries building solutions at the cutting edge of NLP, Computer Vision, IoT, ML, AI, and Deep Learning. Join our team and you can help our clients realise the potential of their data.* Significant experience in the design and build of data science solutions for customers * Understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and related topical analytics fields * Significant experience in implementing/deploying data science solutions in Azure/AWS/GCP * Experience in data analytics, BI, data warehousing, data platform development, or other relevant hands-on technical experience * Comfortable actively engaging and leading sales and business development opportunities with clients * Extensive commercial or academic experience of developing ML & AI solutions using R and Python Desirable Skills * Proven scientific research skills (published scientific papers and/or scientific conference presentations) * Advanced degree (PhD) in machine learning, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, or statisticsCharacteristics that can spell success for this role * Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder * Resilient, adaptable, flexible * Intellectually curious and passionate about tech * Convincing storyteller and engaging content creator* Assess client requirements and design analytics solutions based on data analysis, data science, technology, and business process design * Program leadership including delivery team leadership and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle * Lead the development of ML, AI, and statistical algorithms and solutions using R and Python * Prepare advanced data analysis and present the results of these to business stakeholders, including solution prototypes and CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions * Participate in pre-sales activities to demonstrate how data science and statistics may be applied to potentialAs you bring your skills and abilities to Avanade, you'll get distinctive experiences, limitless learning, and ambitious growth in return.As we continue to build our diverse and inclusive culture, we become even more innovative and creative, helping us better serve our clients and our communities.
